As you and your staff begin working under the new Organizational Messaging support contract, please accept my sincere appreciation for your dedicated service to the Telecommunication Information Systems Command (TISCOM) during our previous support contracts.  Since 2002, Travis and Associates has provided secure, rapid, and reliable message handling services for the U.S. Coast Guard, our interagency customers, and the commercial maritime community.

Travis and Associates has been instrumental in providing full life-cycle support services throughout the Coast Guard Messaging System and Defense Message System projects.   During these projects, as the Coast Guard continues to advance technologically, your staff has diligently worked to ensure all messaging systems and network circuits are updated and seamlessly transitioned into the new system architectures with no loss of services critical to the execution of Coast Guard missions.  Your "behind the scenes" effort in support of Organizational Messaging and services such as the SafetyNet broadcasts used to promulgate Marine Safety Information; the Global Maritime Distress Safety System; and the critical asset of providing global weather date to vessels, NOAA, and the National Weather Service; not only facilitated the Coast Guard's operational readiness, but also helped keep the maritime community safe. 

Your commitment and dedication to excellence has been an inspiration to TISCOM personnel and I'm certain they join me in saluting you and your staff for a job extremely well done!
